Everlink strives to deliver the best quality with reasonable cost while providing flexible service. Our mechanical pressure switches and electronic pressure sensors undergo stringent QC testing including temperature, life cycle/endurance, water leakage/burst, salt spray, shock/vibration, electrical load, and more.

Pressure Gauge Adjustment

Every individual switch is tested 3 times to screen out any defective quality. A dynamic pressure test is also perform to simulate real world conditions.

Fixed Temperature Oven

Switches are subject to high and low temperatures to ensure performance is not compromised under extreme conditions.

Life Cycle & Endurance

We go beyond competitors to test endurance and are able to achieve one of the longest product lifespan. Air is pumped >100,000 times to determine the mean time between failure.

Water Leakage & Burst

​Pressure switches are manufactured with ultra tight sealing to be leak-proof. Using water submersion, we check that no air bubbles form - which indicate leakage.

Salt Spray/Corrosion

All metal materials used are specially electroplated to resist corrosion and prevent rust. The salt spray chamber produces accelerated corrosion effects to test surface coatings and durability of materials.

Shock/Vibration

Simulated vibration makes sure all internal components are intact and remain stationary. Pressure switches can withstand high impact and functionality is maintained.

World Class Reliability

We cover all bases and do further humidity testing, voltage, pull-force, hardness testing, microscope, and any customer-specific testing (Ex. testing switches with nitrogen). We confidently stand by our process and perform routine checks to ensure high quality everytime.
